1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Outside The Box through our website, phone, social media, text, or instore, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

2. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are FINAL SALE. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. Furniture and home goods are sold "as-is" with no exceptions.

3. Payment Methods

We accept Cash, Checks, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

4. Delivery Terms

• An adult (18+) must be present at the time of delivery.
• Deliveries are scheduled within a 2-hour time window. Driver will notify you up to 1 hour before arrival.
• Driver will wait no more than 15 minutes if no one is home. If missed, the delivery fee is non-refundable and a re-delivery fee will apply.
• Ensure clear access from truck to placement area. If not, the item will be placed at the nearest accessible entrance.
• Drivers will NOT move or disassemble existing furniture, electronics, or other household items.
• Any delivery requiring access beyond the first floor MUST be disclosed at purchase. Otherwise, a $100 fee will be charged, or the item will not be delivered.
  
  

5. Pick-Up Policy

• Items must be inspected at the time of pickup. We are not responsible for damage once items leave our premises.
• Outside The Box is not liable for vehicle damage or personal injury resulting from loading or transporting furniture.Purchased items must be picked up or scheduled for delivery within 7 days. Due to limited storage space, a per-item, per-day storage fee may be applied for items held beyond 7 days.
  
  

6. Upholstered & Slipcover Items

Items may arrive with wrinkles. Customers are responsible for steaming cushions,
slipcovers, or sofas.

7. Custom and Special Orders

• Custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
• We offer a wide variety of fabric and finish options for sectionals, sofas, accent chairs, pillows, and more. Some wall art can also be customized in size.
• Custom orders may require additional lead time depending on vendor and fabric availability.
  
  

8. Product Characteristics

• Wood Products: Natural grain, knots, pits, and cracks are part of the unique beauty of each piece. These are not defects.
• Handcrafted Items: Variations in color, grain, and finish should be expected.
• Reclaimed Wood: Expect nail holes, discoloration, splits, and natural aging. These are intentional and part of the design.
  
  

9. Disclaimer

All items are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Outside The Box disclaims liability for errors or omissions, damages, loss of data or profits, or business interruptions.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected (e.g., for payment or delivery) is used solely for order processing and will not be sold or shared.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
